controlled review and independent audits.
Public transparency: high-level architecture, principles, and validated outcomes are published in English,
with additional languages provided for global accessibility.
Controlled technical access: detailed specifications and sensitive components are disclosed to accredited researchers,
institutional partners, and independent auditors under formal review frameworks.
Secure change process: any update must be formally proposed, peer reviewed, independently validated,
and security-audited before it can be deployed.
